SEATTLE -- The first weekend of 2014 is off to a nice start! Sunny skies, but cooler than average temperatures will prevail Saturday and Sunday.
Highs will be in the mid-40s (47 degrees in the normal daytime high) and overnight lows will drop into the freezing category across Western Washington.
High pressure will start to weaken on Monday as a small disturbance passes through the area. Better chances for widespread rain returns to the forecast by Tuesday night along with warmer temperatures for the rest of next week.
