Dead woman found outside Spokane Valley middle school

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A dead woman was found outside a Spokane Valley middle school on Friday morning.

The Spokane County sheriff's office told KXLY there are no obvious injuries or signs of trauma.

Greenacres Middle School is running as normal, and all students are safe inside.
