FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN TRI-CITIES May 3, 2014  -- Department of Corrections officers in the Tri-Cities say this high-violent gang member on the run could lash out at any time. Jose Oliva, a.k.a. ‘Mono’, is breaking probation for nearly strangling the mother of his son, and when she called 9-1-1, he came at her with a kitchen knife. He's been arrested nearly 20 times for crimes including domestic violence, car prowls, and drugs. Jose Oliva is 28 years old.
