'Bomb Scare Bandit:" Help identify robber who threatened to blow up Seattle bank before riding off on bike

WANTED IN SEATTLE --
A guaranteed $1,000 cash reward is yours if you can call Crime Stoppers and tell Seattle detectives the name of this bank robber we're dubbing the ‘Bomb Scare Bandit."

Retired Detective Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound explains why. "He approaches the teller. He’s wearing a hat that says “USMC” on it. We think it stands for United States Marine Corps, so he could be veteran, but we don’t know that. He hands the teller a note. He spoke in broken English and is believed to be Hispanic, hands the teller a note that basically says, ‘Give me all the dinero.’ He kept pushing the note at the teller, saying “Gimme the money. Gimmee the cash,” and finally the suspect reaches into his pocket and says, ‘Don’t pull the plug, or we’ll blow up,” threatening he may have a bomb. You’ll see the suspect exiting the bank. His actual getaway vehicle, so to speak, is a bicycle.”

This was at the Bank of America next to Swedish Hospital on First Hill on November 11th, at 9:15am.

Detectives think he's Hispanic, in his 50's, 5’10” and weighs 180 to 190 pounds.
