Anthony Fregoso: Large-scale drug dealer hiding near Everett

The Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force is on the hunt for a drug dealer wanted on a nationwide and no-bail warrant.

Anthony Fregoso has a history of convictions for possession of a controlled substance with an intent to deliver. Officers think he's hiding out in Everett, Lynnwood or Mill Creek. Fregoso is 5'4" and weighs 140 pounds
