Vigil held for woman hit and killed by SPD patrol car

Critical Mass meets every month to ride their bikes around the city to raise awareness for bicyclists. The group will ride from Westlake to the intersection where Jaahnavi Kandula was hit and killed by a patrol vehicle responding to a call.
