Kent City Council delays vote to ban camping outside of designated areas

The Kent City Council will wait to hear public comment about an ordinance that would ban camping outside of designated areas before voting on that measure. If it does pass, it would allow crews to quickly clear out camps in parks, playgrounds, sports fields and environmentally-sensitive areas.
