WR Percy Harvin to Jets media, fans: 'Judge me off of what you see'

NEW YORK -- Wide receiver Percy Harvin, traded by the Seattle Seahawks to the New York Jets on Friday, said Monday that he plans to "make the most of this opportunity" and not to judge him on what has been said about him in the past.

Reports surfaced after the surprising trade was announced Friday that Harvin had anger management issues and that he gave fellow WR Golden Tate a black eye before the Super Bowl.  He also reportedly refused to take the field in the fourth quarter of the Seahawks' loss to the Dallas Cowboys two weeks ago.
