FOX 13 Photo Submission Rules

You must be at least 18 years old and own, or otherwise have, all necessary rights in your submissions, including, without limitation, copyright and permission to use the likeness of all identifiable people.  Submission constitutes an unlimited, assignable and perpetual license to FOX 13 and its affiliated entities to use the submission, including, but not limited to, the right to copy, distribute, publicly perform and display the submission in any and all media whether now known or hereinafter invented, including without limitation, on television, websites and social media accounts.  All submissions must conform to FOX 13 ‘s standards and practices and policies as established or determined by FOX 13 in its sole discretion.  Without limiting the foregoing, submissions may not contain profanity or references to violence, or demean any gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
