Grace Lim is a weekend meteorologist and reporter for Q13 FOX. You can catch her forecasts every weekend from 7 a.m – 11 a.m. on JoeTV.
Grace has more than a decade of broadcast experience. She was previously a meteorologist in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she spent 3 years covering just about every weather phenomena – hurricanes, tornadoes, thunderstorms, severe weather, flooding, and even snow!
Memorable events include wall-to-wall coverage of the historic August 2016 flooding, tracking the development of supercells that developed into a tornado outbreak in 2017, and covering the landfalls of Hurricane Barry, Tropical Storm Cindy, and Tropical Storm Harvey. She also produced and anchored the station’s first and only Hurricane Special.
Before that, she was an anchor/reporter in Eugene, Oregon, and an associate producer in Los Angeles, California.
Grace graduated from UC Davis with a double major in English and Communications and received her certificate in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.
She grew up in Southern California and is excited to be back on the West Coast! Grace enjoys taking pictures of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, working out at Orangetheory Fitness, and hanging out with her dog Tiny Toy.
Grace is active on all social media platforms. For the latest weather updates, you can follow her on Twitter and Facebook. For photos of nature, her foodie adventures, and of course Tiny Toy, give her a follow on Instagram. You can also email her your weather photos/videos!
