Washington's pot law author responds to AG's update

SEATTLE -- The author of Washington's new pot law said she doesn't expect the issue to go before the U.S. Supreme Court, despite recent protests from former Drug Enforcement Agency chiefs.

Alison Holcomb, the drug policy director for the ACLU of Washington, spoke about recent comments from the U.S. Attorney General and former Drug Enforcement Agency chiefs who have criticized the way the federal government is handling Washington and Colorado's marijuana laws.
