Washington chiropractor charged with sexual contact of patients

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Washington state health officials have suspended the credential of a Whatcom County chiropractor after he was charged with having sexual contact with three patients.

The Health Department says Terry Rouse is charged with three counts of indecent liberties, a class-B felony in Whatcom County Superior Court. Officials say the incidents happened between 2009 and 2016.

Rouse has 20 days to request a hearing to contest the charges and suspension.
