SEATTLE -- Initiative 1501 would increase the penalties for those committing identity theft and fraud against seniors and vulnerable people in the form of longer sentences and stiffer fines.
It would block the release of seniors’ personal information to the public. It would also block the release of their caregiver’s information.
Some say, that's at the heart of the initiative.
