VANCOUVER, Wash. - A fight between two neighbors spilled out in the street and eventually ended with one man in his underwear being beaten in front of astounded customers at a Starbucks in Vancouver, police said.

Vancouver police spokesperson Kim Kapp said one man was arrested for first-degree burglary and second-degree assault, while the other man was hospitalized with facial fractures.

Kapp said the victim was at home, when his neighbor broke in and assaulted him.
