UPDATE: Police search for getaway car after Seattle University student robbed at gunpoint

SEATTLE -- Police have updated the description of a getaway car reportedly used after two men robbed a Seattle University student at gunpoint.

Officials said the student was robbed at gunpoint as he was leaving the campus gym Monday night.

The victim, a 25-year-old man, told police two men approached him in the 500 block of 14th Ave around 9:00pm.  One man ordered the student to hand over his phone and wallet as the other man held a gun to his head.

Police said the student gave them his iPhone and then they ran to a gold Ford Crown Victoria with pushbars and drove away.

“One suspect was described as a black male in his late teens or early 20s wearing dark gray sweat pants and a light gray hoodie,” wrote Seattle Police’s Andrew Garber on the SPD blotter.  “The second suspect was a black male, around 15 years old, wearing a white shirt and red basketball shorts.”
