Tree knocks down power lines, blocks West Valley Highway in Pacific

Mud and debris forced the closure of the West Valley Highway in Pacific Tuesday morning.

Pacific police said there was a small mudslide. A tree came down and knocked down some power lines.

The stretch of road closed is between 3rd Ave. and Ellingson on the West Valley Highway. It's causing a big impact for drivers as utility crews work to clear the downed lines.
