Traffic stop, Pasco police nab high-violent gang member missing in Tri-Cities

CAPTURE UPDATE: The Department of Corrections says Pasco police arrested Jonathan Salas during a traffic stop and booked him into the Benton County Jail on January 29th, 2015.
