Terrific travel day before Thanksgiving

Except for some morning showers on the coast, today's weather will cooperate beautifully for travellers.  It'll be partly sunny with highs in the low-to-mid 50s.  The mountain passes are fine.  Our Thanksgiving looks good too -- mostly cloudy with highs near 50.  Friday, clouds increase and we'll probably get some rain late.  It should be fine for the Apple Cup.  Saturday will feature some showers with highs in the upper 40s.  Sunday, the big travel day BACK from Thanksgiving, the weather gets lousy.  It'll be rainy and breezy, and snow will fall in the mountains.  Overnight Sunday into Monday morning, there is a chance of snow in the lowlands.  Yes, the lowlands.  To quote the Weather Service, "A LOT OF UNCERTAINTIES STILL EXIST HOWEVER...AND WE ARE STILL SEVERAL DAYS AWAY...BUT WILL NEED TO WATCH CLOSELY."  Then it gets really cold around here.
