Star Wars: Episode VII -- The Force Awakens trailer released today

LOS ANGELES -- After a long wait, the new trailer for "Star Wars: Episode VII -- The Force Awakens" was released today.

It’s the first look at the first “Star Wars” movie in a decade. It’s only 88 seconds long.

Directed by J.J. Abrams, “The Force Awakens” is scheduled to open on Dec. 18, 2015.
