Missing 3-year-old boy in Yakima area found safe, returned to dad

ZILLAH, Wash. -- A missing 3-year-old boy believed to have been taken by his non-custodial mother on Jan. 31 was found safe Thursday night and returned to his father, Amberalert.com said.

According to authorities, the boy, Kingston Russel Bounds, had a visitation on Jan. 31 with his mother, but she failed to return him home. She allegedly advised his father that he would never see Kingston again.

The boy was returned home Thursday night.
