GRAPHIC VIDEO: Horrific crash captured on film

BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan -- A camera mounted on a car reportedly caught footage of the horrific plane crash Monday in Afghanistan that left seven dead.

A plane believed to be a Boeing 747-400 was carrying vehicles and other cargo as a contractor-operated mission. The vehicle crashed shortly after takeoff.

Navy commanders have not yet confirmed the authenticity of the video, Wired.com reported. However, Wired.com reported Pentagon officials watched the video, which appeared on YouTube, and did not deny its authenticity.

Contractors responsible for the aircraft, National Air Cargo, put the time of the incident at 7 a.m Monday. No cause for the crash has been determined.
