Got fish? Nonprofit says 'Cinder' -- the badly burned bear from Washington -- needs some

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. -- The Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care facility that is taking care of Washington state bear "Cinder," a cub that was found burned badly in the Carlton Complex Fire this summer, put out an alert Wednesday that it is running low on fish for its 10 cubs, including Cinder.

Fish is used as part of the bears' daily meal.

"We are very fortunate for all the donations this year from our local fisherman but with so many growing cubbies we could REALLY use some more -- the freezer is almost empty! The bears would really appreciate your help! Thank you!"
