VAN NUYS, Calif. -- A suspect wanted for allegedly stealing a BMW and leading police on a high-speed chase couldn't out skate police Monday in California.
According to ABC 7, the car thief was spotted by police driving the stolen vehicle around 3:40 p.m.
He allegedly led police on a high-speed chase, before getting caught in a busy intersection. Sensing police were on his tail, the man hopped out of the car, grabbed his longboard, and tried to skate away.
Unfortunately for him, his longboard skills weren't quite up to par. He was stopped by police with the help of a good Samaritan.
