Four people missing on Mount Hood found by snowmobilers

MOUNT HOOD, Oregon - Four members of a Portland area family, who had been trapped on Mount Hood since Saturday night, were found by snowmobilers on Sunday.

Two young children, Aaron Martinez and Adrian Martinez, went with two older family members, Jose Correa and Alexandria Buluta, to play in the snow and never returned, KPTV reported.
They were found by snowmobilers Sunday in Clackamas County near the High Rock Campground.

Officials said the group had wandered into the woods and got stuck in 3 feet of snow.

Law enforcement agencies from three counties searched for the four family members.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office confirmed that all four people are safe.
