Christmas presents stolen from several homes by Thurston County burglar

THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. – Police haven’t released a suspect description yet, but we’re guessing he or she is tall, green and cuddly as a cactus.

The Thurston County sheriff’s office said several houses were burglarized Sunday morning, and Christmas presents were among the items stolen from many of the homes.

Police believe the same person was behind the robberies, because the method of entry was the same – windows and glass doors – and the stolen items were Christmas presents, jewelry, electronics and guns.

Sunday’s burglaries happened in NW Thurston County, in the Cooper Point and Tamoshan neighborhoods, but several more burglaries in the northeast corner of the county might be related.
