Chilly week with rain at times

SEATTLE -- We're starting out with areas near or below freezing, with frost in places. Clouds increase and it'll be a chilly day with highs struggling to hit 50.  Rain looks likely to start in by the afternoon commute or just after and continue overnight.  Tomorrow morning starts out wet, but rain tapers off.  Highs in the low 50s.

Wednesday could be a dry day, but overnight Wednesday it starts to rain again.  Thursday looks wet and breezy-to-windy. Friday through the weekend, there will be showers at times and it'll be chilly, with highs only in the upper 40s.  Also, we'll be getting bits of mountain snow this week.  Nothing to cause huge problems; just be aware if you're headed over the Cascades.
