On Tuesday, the Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Department and Montesano Police Department arrested the two suspects responsible for early morning burglaries to two separate businesses that occurred back in June. The two suspects had been caught on video in both cases and important information was revealed from the videos. Montesano police were investigating an unrelated fraud/theft complaint on Tuesday, and learned of two possible suspects for the burglaries. They contacted detectives with the sheriff’s department and provided the information.  Detectives were able to obtain a search warrant for a residence in Montesano and executed that search warrant with the assistance of Montesano PD. Two Montesano brothers, ages 20 and 15, were arrested for the burglaries. Evidence from those crimes had been located inside the residence. They subsequently acknowledged their involvement in both burglaries as well. The 20 year old was booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail on two counts of Burglary 2nd degree. The 15 year old was eventually released to his mother however reports will be submitted to the Juvenile Prosecutor recommending the same charges. The sheriff's office says the 15 year old was one of four suspects who had broken into the Brady Store back in April. Apparently the 15 year old only received probation for that burglary.
