Best weekend of the year so far coming up?

foggy west seattleSEATTLE -- Some clouds are moving into the picture-- but we're not going to worry about it messing up our weekend too much.

It's a pretty weak front that will stay mostly to the north.

High temps will be around 60 for Seattle and the Puget Sound. More sun the further south you are-- which means warmer temperatures for Portland and the Willamette Valley will see temps in the mid 60s.

So, whether it's spring skiing, a Mariner's game or getting out in the yard or garden-- we'll have some pretty great weather ahead.

TONIGHT is when we see the greatest chance of a shower or two. Mostly areas north of Everett, WA along the I-5 corridor, in the WA Cascades and along the coast north of Long Beach, WA. Overnight lows in the 40s.

SATURDAY starts cloudy with a few pockets of drizzle in many spots. Decreasing clouds and temps in the 60-65 range for Seattle/Puget Sound. Portland/Willamette Valley sees temps near 70.

SUNDAY looks just beautiful. High temps 65-75 for most of the region.

NEXT WEEK starts great with some of the warmest temps of the year so far on Monday. Showers and cooler for the middle of the week.
