Alaska reporter who said 'F*** it, I quit,' for weed biz further explains her reasoning (VIDEO)

ALASKA -- The Alaska reporter who gained viral fame Monday for boisterously resigning from her job on live TV so she could better pursue her weed business has posted a new video explaining her career moves.

In the video posted to YouTube Monday, Charlo Green said she quit on live TV because there comes a time when everyone must "stand up for what's right."

"Why are Americans arrested every 37 seconds (for using marijuana," she asks in the video. "Why differentiate my toke from your beer? Who is willing to take a stand?"

Green's resignation from her job Sunday garnered quite a bit of attention online Monday, with supporters praising her decision and detractors questioning why she felt the need to quit on live TV.
