Accused 'grave robber' wanted in Spokane County after skipping court on cemetery burglary charges -- arrested

FUGITIVE CAPTURED November 28, 2016 --
Richard Hall was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on Monday.

The Spokane County Sheriff's Office says Hall's arrested stemmed from first being contacted during a traffic stop earlier this month.  Hall gave a different name and deputies did not have enough to arrest him, but they followed up on the information given at that time, were able to positively identify Hall, then located him on Monday and took him into custody.

The Sheriff's Office says Hall maintained during his arrest and even on his way to jail that he was someone else.

    FUGITIVE WANTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY March 18, 2016 --
    Spokane County fugitive, Richard Hall, is accused of stooping to a low I've never seen on the show -- stealing from cemeteries.

    He ditched court on two burglary charges where detectives say he broke into mausoleums to steal a ring and other items left for lost loved ones.

    He's also wanted for a domestic violence crime and is a two-time felon -- convicted of drugs and Riot with a Deadly Weapon.
