20 degrees colder than normal in Seattle

SEATTLE -- It is cold enough to snow -- and in a few areas we are getting flurries. It is not expected to stick on the roads.

The overall story is that it's much colder than normal, with temperatures running 20 degrees below average. The wind makes it feel even colder.

Lows will be down in the teen the next few nights. Morning commutes will be slick.

Wednesday's parade looks sunny and cold, with a wind chill of 20 degrees. GO HAWKS. There will be some lowland snow Saturday before it changes over to rain. Updates to follow. Some nice ALTOCUMULUS clouds today.
