FALL CITY—
A burning ceiling was the first thing some Fall City residents saw early this morning. Two people living in a home on SE Fall City/Snoqualmie Road woke up to find their house on fire.
The fire started overnight in a stove pipe that extended through the roof. Apparently, the pipe had not been properly cleaned.
The fire ruined the inside of the house, causing about $25,000 in damages.
Nobody was hurt, but the tenants that were renting the property will now have to find a new place to live.
