Man Convicted Of Rape, Molestation Moves to Silverdale
A Level III Sex Offender convicted of raping his 6-year-old half sister and molesting an 11-year-old boy has moved to Silverdale in Kitsap County.

Robert Curtis Brueger has notified the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office that he is now living in the 11000 block of Shipside Lane NW, in the Ridgetop community area of Silverdale.

He is a white male, about 5' 10," 250 lbs., with brown-colored hair and brown-colored eyes. A community notification meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009, in the Poplar Room of the Silverdale Community Center, 9729 Silverdale Way NW, at 7pm.

Court papers show Brueger was convicted in 1990 of 1st degree child rape and two counts of 1st degree child molestation. When Brueger was age 15 he raped his six year-old half-sister and sexually molested an 11 year-old boy.

He was convicted of indecent exposure in 1995 after following two women to their vehicle and exposing himself to them. He also attempted to forcefully gain access to the interior of the vehicle as the women drove away.

The "Community Protection Act of 1990," requires sex offenders to register and notify authorities where they are living.
