SEATTLE -
A poster and fliers around Magnuson Park warn of a deadly dog attack.
The Seattle Animal Shelter says no one's filed an official complaint about any attacks at the park's off leash area.
A woman who put up the poster says the attack involving pit bulls happened over the weekend and that one dog was killed and another badly hurt.
The poster has park regulars on edge.
This is like the third time I've seen a poster where a dog was eaten alive," says Vicki Marshall, who regularly takes her dog to Magnuson Park. "I started thinking about it on the way back and wondering if I should start carrying a taser to break up a fight when there's irresponsible owners who don't know how to control their dog?"
The fliers say a white man in his 20's with tattooed arms was involved in the incident and asks for information finding him.
Seattle Animal Control says attacks at the off-leash park are actually very rare.
