Many of the Seattle area's greatest tech minds share a deep, dark secret. They love ping pong.
They even get to practice during the workday. Many of their employers have ping pong tables in-house, so workers can blow off steam during the day.
Hundreds of them proved it Thursday night, as the tech community celebrated the 1st Annual Nerdiest Ping Pong Tournament Ever.
Sponsored by a new member of the tech community, Techflash, the competition included public relations people, venture capitalists, bankers, CEOs, tech journalists, and many others.
The winner was Valeri Kim of Akvelon. He won an Xbox Elite, a table tennis game, and other prizes.
