In a rare legal move, King County has charged a man they call "John Doe" with assaulting a pregnant
woman at Swedish Hospital.
They've been looking for him since last November, when he surprised a woman who was on bed rest at Swedish.
She said she woke up early and found a man in a wheelchair touching her and himself.
She grabbed him, but couldn't go far and he got away because she was connected to IV's.
Prosecutors think the man was homeless, or pretending to be homeless, and checked himself into the hospital the night before.
They don't know his name.....but they do have his DNA.
