SEATTLE & ALL AROUND THE WORLD—
Fights broke out across the world Saturday - pillow fights!For the third year, it was International Pillow Fight Day. From Paris, to Spain, to Central Park, to Ukraine, to Israel, and to Seattle, thousands of people - mostly young people - gathered in cities to hit each other with pillows.
It began via the Internet two years ago, sort of as a way to let off steam.
It has remained a grassroots organization. Kyle Aevermann organized Seattle's pillow fight, held at Westlake Center. He used Facebook to spread the word, and to ask others to spread the word.
