BLAINE—
The start of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, B.C is only a few days away, but before that, the Olympic torch will make its way across the border into Washington state.The torch will pass through Peace Arch State Park near Blaine at about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The torch will then go to Vancouver for Friday's opening ceremonies.
Both Gov. Gregoire and British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell will be there to greet the runners.
