That's where the young dog was rescued by Specialist Phillip Bourrillion, of the 5-2 Stryker Brigade.

She became part of the unit and a big morale booster for all of the soldiers, but when Bourrillion's unit had to move, his wife, friends and rescue groups back home joined together to bring Oso to the northwest.

She was greeted today by dozens of people at SeaTac including a soldier from the Stryker Unit who is home on leave.

Specialist Bourrillion will return to the Northwest in five months and his wife says he can't wait to see his old four-legged friend.
