EVERETT -
Police have identified a suspect accused of an early morning shooting at an Everett nightclub.
Police are looking for Anthony Leroy Pines. He is a convicted felon with previous history of assault. He is wanted for 3 counts of assault for Wednesday morning's shooting.
Pines is a 28 year old male, 5'08" tall, 175 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
Police responded to McCabe's American nightclub at about 1:30am where they found three people shot. They say the incident began with the suspect being kicked out of the nightclub for going behind the bar and attempting to steal a bottle of alcohol.
The suspect was escorted out of the nightclub by an employee. He then re-entered the club and had to be escorted out again, this time by several club security personnel. Once outside the door, the suspect opened the door and fired at least one round into the crowded nightclub. It is not clear yet whether the suspect fire one or more shots into the nightclub.
Three people, two women and one man all in their twenties, were wounded. None of those wounds are believed to be life-threatening. This appears to be a random shooting into the crowd. It is not believed that the victims were targeted.
Pines has an extensive criminal history and currently has several warrants for his arrest.
Police say if you see him, do not attempt to approach the suspect. He is considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
Pines is known to travel in a 2000 Silver Jaguar Washington license 205 RIC.
If anyone knows Pines' location they are encouraged to call 911 and notify law enforcement or call the Everett Police Department TIP LINE at (425) 257 8450.
