Jeff Van Sant Q13 FOX News![]() Jeff Van Sant grew up all over the country but spent most of his childhood in Edmonds, Wash. Heading east for college, Jeff studied journalism at Seton Hall in New Jersey. He landed his first gig as a reporter and weatherman for a TV station in Great Falls, Mont. After that he moved to the Midwest where he worked as a reporter for a station in Omaha, Neb. Feeling like he finally came "home," Jeff started working as a reporter for Q13 FOX News in January 2011. Jeff enjoys spending time outside, fishing and hiking and loves to head out to the San Juan Islands when he gets a chance. Other pastimes include reading, weight lifting and gaming. Jeff is a lifelong military history buff and covers much of the military news that you see on Q13 FOX News.
