Washington's Most Wanted

Washington's Most Wanted partnered with Crime Stoppers in July 2008.

With the help of Crime Stoppers, WMW has helped capture fugitives and put them behind bars.

Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound was the first crime-fighting organization to partner with WMW. Since the beginning of the partnership, both have helped capture some of the state's Most Wanted fugitives. WMW has expanded to provide statewide coverage and is now working with several Crime Stoppers programs throughout the state.

The Crime Stoppers concept was first developed in 1976 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In Washington, the Crime Stoppers program works with residents, local law enforcement and news media to help catch the state's most wanted fugitives.
