Take a good look at wanted fugitive Kareem Harris.
Federal Way police say he snapped after a dispute with a guy he worked with, then drove to the victims house and shot him several times with a handgun.
The victim survived, leaving Harris charged with attempted murder.
Cops say Harris has more potential targets farther south in Pierce County, so authorities like Det. Ed Troyer, have also joined the hunt!
"Crime Stoppers of Tacoma-Pierce County is helping Federal Way with this case because he resides down here, and hangs out down here. His victims are from down here. The company that he worked for is from down here, so we're hoping that by offering a reward, we'll be able to get him caught, because we believe he's very dangerous. He shot somebody multiple times. There's a possibility of some other victims out there, so we want to get him caught before he's able to hurt anyone else."
