Spokane authorities want you to keep an eye out for Randy Marshall, a homeless sex offender who's gone off the grid.

Marshall's been busted for failing to register before, after he was tagged a sex offender for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes, and vouyerism, where he got caught watching a woman undress from outside her window.


He was first noticed by the victim's boyfriend, who grabbed a gun, went outside, and followed Marshall to the bedroom window where his girlfriend was dressing for bed. The boyfriend held Marshall at gunpoint until police arrived and arrested him.

Marshall's also been busted for criminal trespass, harassment, vehicle prowling, and probation violations.
