UPDATE AS OF 11/06/09: Detectives say Philip Davis is behind bars. Police arrested Davis Friday morning on his birthday at an apartment in Federal Way. Detectives say a tip from a WMW viewer put Davis behind bars.
Davis was hidden by a family member. He was dragged out of the shower when he was arrested.
----------ORIGINAL STORY------------------- Our top fugitive this week, Phillip Davis, is any woman's worst nightmare.
Seattle police say he's no stranger to domestic violence, or no contact orders.
Davis has already been convicted for domestic violence assault, and now he's accused of viciously beating the mother of his child - while she was holding their daughter in her hands.
Detectives say Davis punched her in the stomach and chest, then choked her until she almost passed out.
Cops say he definitely didn't want her calling them either, grabbing her cell phone and busting it, and ripping the regular phone out of the wall.
Luckily, detectives say the victim was able to run out of the house with her daughter and call 911.
To top it all off, police say Davis has had three "no contact" orders slapped on him in by three different women.
