SPOKANE COUNTY—

Tracking the worst of the worst, Deputy Simmons works child predator cases, and has helped tracked down more than 350 sex offenders this year alone.

Simmons has been honored with numerous awards, including the American Red Cross Humanitarian Hero Award.

His great work doesn't stop there, as recently while driving home, he pulled a person from the brink of jumping off a bridge -- saving their life.
