Authorities say he's a gun-toting gang member, and violent sex offender.Tesino "TJ" Barber has gone off the grid, and the Department of Corrections says it *urgently* needs your help getting him back into the arms of the law.
Barber's roaming free somewhere right now, after spending more than 12 years in prison for robbery and rape.
Checkout how barbaric that crime was: He setup a guy at a motel to rob him, hiding in the bathroom while a woman in cahoots with Barber got the guy to get naked. Then, Barber came barreling out with a gun, beat the victim in the head with it, burned him with a hot iron, then brutally raped him with a sex toy.
Authorities say Barber's criminal history began when he was 13 years old, and includes 7 felony convictions for crimes related to burglary, assault and possession/distribution of illegal substances. His criminal history also includes several misdemeanor convictions for similar crime related behavior. A majority of his felony and misdemeanor convictions occurred when he was a juvenile, and several were documented as sexually motivated assaults on both known and unknown minor aged females.
Barber would have been eligible for release from prison significantly earlier, but he lost all but a few days of his "good time" due to violent behavior towards other prison inmates.
To keep painting a picture of how dangerous he is, cops say Barber has a nasty drug habit, using much more than just alcohol and pot -- PCP, LSD, and illegal mushrooms.
