BELLINGHAM—
Crash he's accused of ended up killing a man trying to cross the road.Bellingham police are looking for Arturo Francisco. He's accused of hitting Michael Ness, 66, as he crossed the road - splitting from the scene and leaving him for dead.
Once found, Ness was rushed to the hospital, fought for his life for days, but died earlier this week.
