Portland police say he preyed on the two as they came out of the Snoop Dog concert last week, tricking them into thinking he was a cop, talking them into driving their car to avoid getting a DUI, then kidnapping them, pulling a knife, and assaulting one of them before both were able escape.

On top of these crazy kidnapping charges, Winklebleck is also wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.

Here's a description of Paul Winklebleck:
  • Age: 42
  • Big, bush goatee
  • Tattoo: goes from back of his neck to his upper back, and says the words, "Combative for God"

Cops think he may be driving:
  • GMC Sonoma Truck
  • Dark Green
  • Oregon license plates: 289-EPF
