Boy was fishing when suspect baited him into men's room.
Tacoma police have charged Jerry Johnson, 46, with sexually assaulting the boy.
Checkout this sketch drawn up by Tacoma police. They think it's Johnson, who's accused of luring a young, developmentally disabled boy into a bathroom at the Point Defiance Park Boathouse late last month, then sexually assaulting him.
Cops say the boy was fishing on the pier when Johnson came up to him, and baited him into the men's room.
